REFUNDS + EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you need a refund for an order, please send us a message at admin@sealove.co within 7 business days of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you!
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges at this time. To return an item please send an email to admin@sealove.co stating your issue and we will do our best to satisfy you.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? (E.G.ADDRESS)
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Order shipment times will depend on the products ordered. We normally take 2-7 business days to create our apparel products. Speed and price of delivery depend on the destination. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
DO ALL ITEMS IN ORDERS ALWAYS SHIP TOGETHER?
Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
HOW DOES YOUR APPAREL FIT?
Size measurement are shown for each product. Please look carefully and measure yourself before ordering your product.
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?
